Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Engineer (CSE) located in Fremont, CA. The CSE will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, conducting product installations and training, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Accretech products.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment or related field
  • Knowledge of Wafer Probing machines, Dicing Saws, or related equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience with CMP equipment is a plus
