Job description

Position Title:                      Customer Service Representative

Major Function:

Perform customer service functions and ERP data entry.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Customer service:
    • ERP Entry: customers, contacts and addresses
    • ERP Entry: customer orders
    • Send order acknowledgements, confirmations, delivery notes and invoices to customers
    • Create quotations and orders in IFS
    • Assist customers with order status and expediting
    • Monitor shared inbox and phone line
  • Data Entry:
    • Entering inventory part, purchase part, sales part, and supplier for purchase part records
  • Occasional travel to production sites
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

1 year of internship or business office experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, or production planning. Experience with international trade compliance a plus.

Education/Training:

Degree: Bachelor's Degree
