Job description

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working in Microsoft Excel? We are seeking a dependable Data Entry Specialist to join a busy, professional team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and using Excel to organize and analyze information.


Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain information in spreadsheets and company databases
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Create and format Excel spreadsheets and reports
  • Sort, filter, and organize large amounts of information
  • Use Excel formulas and functions to verify and analyze data
  • Identify and correct errors or discrepancies
  • Maintain confidential company and customer information
  • Assist with additional administrative and reporting projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required
  • Experience using formulas, sorting, filtering, and data validation
  • Knowledge of PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and conditional formatting is strongly preferred
  • Accurate typing and data-entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
