Keylent Inc is seeking a Crystal Report Writer for their client, Farm Bureau Health Plans. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reports using Crystal Reports while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to meet reporting needs.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for reporting needs
• Design, develop, and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and other software tools
• Create data models and write SQL queries to extract data from various data sources
• Design and format reports to meet business needs and standards
• Validate report data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Maintain documentation and ensure all reporting processes are well-documented and organized
• Train end-users on how to use reports and provide support as needed
• Analyze business needs and develop functional, non-functional and technical specifications
• Develop technical and functional requirements
• Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes and procedures
• Understanding of end to end business processes
• Other projects and tasks as needed
