Job description

Position Overview:

The Strategic Partnerships Principal – Institutional Crypto / Web 3.0

Markets are responsible for building and scaling enterprise software partnerships that drive adoption of Arculus authentication solutions across institutional crypto ecosystems.

This role focuses on exchanges, custodians, institutional wallet platforms, crypto infrastructure providers, and Web3-native environments including decentralized applications, on-chain identity frameworks, and point-of-sale crypto payment ecosystems. This is not a consumer crypto role.

The Strategic Partnerships Principal owns alliance strategy for the Institutional Crypto Market end-to-end and ensures partnerships move from integration to production to scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the institutional crypto alliances strategy, including Web3 protocol ecosystems and crypto-enabled POS environments
  • Build partnerships with exchanges, custodians, infrastructure providers, Web3 platforms, and merchant/POS payment networks accepting digital assets
  • Lead enterprise software alliances including technical integrations and GTM motions across both traditional institutional and Web3-native channels
  • Establish a repeatable POC-to-production framework applicable to both centralized and decentralized deployment models
  • Position Arculus as a trusted enterprise authentication platform for Web3 identity, on-chain transaction signing, and crypto POS use cases
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue outcomes across all segments

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances or partnerships
  • Direct experience building alliances for enterprise software companies
  • Proven track record selling enterprise software into institutional crypto markets
  • Experience with Web3 ecosystems including DeFi protocols, on-chain identity, or decentralized application platforms
  • Familiarity with crypto point-of-sale infrastructure, digital asset payment rails, or merchant-facing crypto acceptance solutions
  • Experience scaling partnerships from pilot to production

Success Metrics:

  • Production deployments with institutional crypto partners and Web3 ecosystem participants
  • Embedded integrations in partner platforms, including Web3 dApps and crypto-enabled POS environments
  • Material partner-sourced revenue across institutional, Web3, and payment verticals
