Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Crypto & Technology Transactions Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 50 firm in Dallas.

This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated matters involving digital assets, blockchain technology, fintech, emerging technologies, and complex commercial technology transactions.

Ideal Background

2–6 years of technology transactions, digital assets, fintech, corporate, or related transactional experience

• Experience advising clients on cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, fintech, or other emerging technology matters

• Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated technology, licensing, SaaS, cloud services, data, development, and commercial agreements

• Experience supporting corporate transactions involving technology companies, digital assets, intellectual property, or emerging technologies

• Experience advising startups, technology companies, financial institutions, investors, or other sophisticated clients

• Familiarity with the evolving regulatory and commercial landscape surrounding digital assets and blockchain technologies is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent client service and communication skills

• Strong academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
