Job description

Description
Mortgage Loan Processor - Loan Partner 3 (LP3)
We're looking for an experienced Loan Processor (Loan Partner 3) who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving efficiently from lock through funding.
If you enjoy taking ownership of your pipeline, communicating proactively, solving problems, and working alongside a supportive, high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.
We are a growing mortgage team that values collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement. We work hard, support one another, and believe that when our team succeeds, clients receive an outstanding experience. While we move at a fast pace, we're committed to helping new team members learn our systems and become successful through training and support from experienced Loan Partner 3 teammates.
The LP3 is responsible for managing loans from lock through funding, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality underwriting submissions and closings. This role works closely with the Loan Officer, Loan Partners, underwriters, borrowers, and third-party partners to proactively manage files, minimize underwriting conditions, and help ensure loans close on time.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of mortgage processing experience, strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines, excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with accuracy and accountability. We're looking for someone who is coachable, embraces new ideas and processes, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in finding solutions, not just identifying problems.
