Job Summary: 
The Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Relationship Managers (RMs) and Senior Advisors in managing client relationships, executing financial strategies, and delivering superior client experience. The Support Analyst will work closely with the RMs, providing day-to-day support and assistance, while also helping to implement financial plans and investment strategies with the RM. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for wealth management and client service. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Client Support and Communication: 
    • Assist Relationship Managers in managing and servicing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
    • Prepare and present client reports, including investment performance reviews, financial plans, and account summaries. 
    • Coordinate and participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items. 
  • Account Management: 
    • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. 
    • Monitor client portfolios, flagging any issues or opportunities for the Relationship Manager to review. 
    • Learn to Process client transactions, such as asset transfers, cash distributions, and contributions, with a high degree of accuracy. 
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions and documentation. 
  • Financial Planning and Investment Support: 
    • Assist in the development and implementation of customized financial plans and investment strategies for clients. 
    • Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and economic indicators to support client recommendations. 
    • Collaborate with the investment team to monitor and rebalance client portfolios in line with their objectives and risk tolerance. 
  • Client Relationship Management: 
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and deepen relationships for the RM and the team.
    • Support the Relationship Manager in developing and executing client engagement strategies, communications and outreach. 
  • Administrative Support: 
    • Manage and organize client documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and securely stored. 
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the firm’s growth and client service objectives. 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within wealth management, financial planning, or a similar financial services environment. 
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment products, and wealth management practices. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. 
  • Proficiency in financial software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
