Job description

About the role:

We are looking for an analytical and results-driven CRM Manager to join our dynamic Product team. You will own executing and optimizing CRM flows to convert leads and educate existing patients about our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hitting business goals by deeply understanding how to effectively message to key cohorts. 

This role requires onsite presence in our New York City office 4 days a week and does not provide immigration support. 

What you will do:

  • Own strategy and execution on CRM automations and campaigns, including creative development and testing across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app content
  • Define and execute on audience segmentation strategies to enhance patient experience and creative messaging
  • Partner closely with Data team to measure effectiveness across tactics and find opportunities to improve efficiency and/or scale
  • Create benchmarks and analyze campaign results to determine testing roadmap
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure patients are receiving important information as we evolve our products and services
  • Communicate key marketing initiatives and results to broader team and key external partners

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing in fast-paced environments with experience executing in Braze preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to hit business growth goals through strategic cohorting and insights-driven creative messaging and testing
  • Data and results-driven with strong ability to tell a story using data insights and performance results
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with track record of using data-driven approaches to solve complex business problems
  • Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with internal creative, data, and product teams and external partners
  • Desire to stay abreast of current CRM and broader marketing trends and best practices
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
