Job Summary
Technical lead for the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and related enterprise systems. Responsible for designing and implementing scalable technical solutions that support Enrollment Management operations through advanced system configuration, workflow automation, data integrations, and business process improvement. Working closely with Enrollment Management departments, Information Services & Technology (IS&T), and campus stakeholders, the incumbent translates business requirements into technical solutions by developing system workflows, configuring platform functionality, creating SQL queries, managing data integrations, and supporting enterprise reporting. The position ensures the integrity, security, and governance of institutional data while maintaining system performance, implementing platform enhancements, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and supporting the University's transition from legacy systems to modern, integrated technology solutions. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, business or related fields.
  • Two(2) years of experience system support and analysis using enterprise-level systems and experience administering or supporting CRM or comparable business systems.
  • Experience with business systems (ERP) including client servers and web-based systems and Windows based systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with student administration systems, including PeopleSoft.
  • Experience with document management systems and student success platforms.
  • Experience supporting enrollment management and student success functions such as admissions, records, financial aid, and student support services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Strong understanding of database structure, data relationships, and system configuration.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with scripting or web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
