Grace is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Business Management team! Based in Poznan, Poland this role reports to the Director, Product Management, who is located at our Worms, Germany site.
The Product Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting and maintaining product master data management and coordinating the Management of Change process for the Materials Technologies (MT) division at Grace.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for creating and updating MT Product Information sheets as required
  • Responsible for making updates to certain product portfolio and material master data
  • Coordination of the global MT Business Management of Change process (BMOC), including:
    • Initiation of the process, ensuring all relevant documentation is collected for approvals
    • Preparation of the material information forms, with key inputs from other functions
    • Follow-up with all functional stakeholders to progress BMOCs to closure in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc reporting on product related data
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years related experience (master data or process management)
  • Experience with SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
