We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recovery Housing Coordinator to join our recovery housing team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day operational oversight for Level II recovery housing locations, ensuring safe, structured, recovery-oriented environments that comply with Agency policies and ORH/NARR standards. This role coordinates admissions, monitors resident progress and program compliance, oversees house operations and safety, supports staff and resident programming, and leads quality, documentation, and regulatory compliance activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Schedule would be Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm with flexibility required.
  • Provide daily operational leadership for Level II recovery housing in alignment with agency policies and ORH/NARR standards.
  • Ensure safe, structured, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented housing environments.
  • Coordinate admissions, including screening, interviews, approvals, and waitlist management.
  • Monitor resident progress, treatment engagement, and compliance with agreements and expectations.
  • Lead ORH/NARR compliance, audits, quality improvement, and corrective action efforts.
  • Respond to crises and support conflict resolution, de-escalation, and critical incident management.
  • Oversee safety, property inspections, emergency procedures, medication management, and incident reporting.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health and housing records (HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 compliant).
  • Provide leadership, training, scheduling, and support for recovery housing staff and peer support personnel.
  • Collaborate with treatment providers, courts, and community partners to support coordinated resident care.

  • Associate's degree or equivalency (bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Peer Recovery Supporter, CDC-A or CMS certification/credential obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health.
  • Prior supervisory, leadership, or program coordinator experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and insurable driving record required.
  • Experience working within recovery-oriented systems of care is preferred.
