Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to manage residential and commercial escrow transactions from opening through closing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in California escrow procedures, escrow purchase transactions, customer relationship management, and transaction coordination. This role offers an opportunity to build and grow a personal book of business while delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing

  • Review purchase contracts, escrow instructions, and supporting documentation

  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and notaries

  • Prepare closing documents, settlement statements, and escrow-related paperwork

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and California escrow procedures

  • Resolve title, vesting, lien, and transaction-related issues

  • Maintain proactive communication with all parties throughout the transaction lifecycle

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth closing experience

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners

  • Manage multiple escrow files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and deadlines

  • Support business development efforts and contribute to growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous Escrow Officer experience required
