Position Summary:The Crew Scheduling Admin Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and obtaining required visas for our Crewmembers, acquiring, managing, manipulating, and analyzing data and report results. In charge of carrying out day-to-day organizational tasks and facilitating efficient communication across the crew scheduling and other departments.
Major Job Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate required visa/passport renewals with Crewmembers and visa/passport vendors
  • Monitor and research visa/passport/immigration requirements for operating flights, work with Crew Planning and Crew Scheduling to remove Crewmembers with passport/visa restrictions
  • Enter and organize Grievances in I-Sight and Teams, send step 1 decisions, establish agenda for hearings, and 20.A discussions in Teams.
  • Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
  • Analyze and problem solve issues with current and planned systems as they relate to the integration and management of operational data
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • In collaboration with others, develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions
  • Acquire and abstract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources
  • In collaboration with others, develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize operational efficiency and data quality
  • Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
  • Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results
  • Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports
  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports
  • Perform a range of Crew Scheduling administrative support tasks and other duties as assigned
  • Respond to Crewmember /Pilot Support/Crew Scheduling e-mail inquiries
  • Support daily Crew Scheduling tasks/duties as required (i.e. phones, e-mail, sick calls, wake- ups..etc.)
  • Assist personnel with timely and accurate submission of required reports
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system, scan documents into digital case files
  • Maintain and develop spreadsheets, track databases, report, and presentations such as Scorecard, Open Time Database, Open time Error...etc. while ensuring accuracy

Qualifications:
  • Required: Minimum of High School diploma; Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Required: At least 2 years' experience in an airline operating environments; Preferred: Advanced knowledge/training related to Aviation Management and/or prior aviation operations experience
  • Experience in data mining techniques and procedures and knowing when their use is appropriate
  • Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
  • Strong computer skills; must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be self-starter and team player
  • Solid database and data analyst skills required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with minimal oversight

Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors. In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.
