TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Colorado Springs is hiring Drivers (Non-CDL) to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll drive, lead moves, and deliver top-tier customer service while working with a supportive team.
No experience? No problem. We hire for attitude and train for skill.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely drive and maneuver a 26-ft moving truck
  • Lead and support your moving team on jobs
  • Greet customers and complete pre-move walkthroughs
  • Pack, load, unload, and unpack customer belongings
  • Provide excellent customer service on every move
  • Complete paperwork and collect payments accurately
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a physically active environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and team mindset
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
