Now Hiring Drivers – Immediate Openings for Peak Season
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Raleigh is hiring Drivers / Crew Leaders starting at $21 - $23/hour (depending on experience) + tips.
We are looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals who can safely operate a 26-foot box truck, lead a crew, and deliver excellent customer service. Due to the fast-approaching busy season, we are prioritizing candidates with box truck or delivery driving experience who can step in and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely operate a 26-foot box truck
  • Lead or assist a moving crew on residential and commercial jobs
  • Provide excellent customer service from start to finish
  • Perform walkthroughs and communicate clearly with customers
  • Load, unload, pack, and protect customer belongings
  • Complete paperwork, contracts, and payments accurately
  • Maintain truck cleanliness and report any issues

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record (required for insurance eligibility)
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
  • Ability to lift 60+ lbs and perform physical work daily
