Our automation and control solutions for homes and buildings allow our clients to control entire environments with the push of a button, integrating systems such as Audio Visual, Lighting, Shading, Security, Building Management Systems and HVAC to provide greater comfort, convenience and security.
This position is responsible for accurate order processing and pricing support. The role ensures orders are entered, validated, and executed in SAP according to customer and company requirements, while also supporting Global pricing initiatives. The individual works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Client Relations, Finance, and Leadership to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and pricing execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and process various order types requiring specialized handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Support the pricing team by assisting with reports, transactions, and related communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Customer Support, Client Relations, and Finance) to ensure orders are accurately processed in alignment with detailed customer requirements.
  • Assess situations and make sound, timely decisions to support efficient order processing.
  • Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from initial order entry through final invoicing

Qualifications:
  • High School degree required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years' experience in order processing, pricing, or data entry
  • 0-2 SAP Experience
  • Strong knowledge in Excel (reports, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Order accuracy & attention to detail
  • Cross-functional communication
  • Time management & prioritization
  • 10% Potential travel to trade shows or industry events
