Are you the one people call when tech goes sideways? Have 5+ years of experience in AV, smart
security, networking, and home automation systems? If you're a jack-of-all-low-voltage-trades with sharp

clients. We specialize in security, networking, home theater, whole-home audio/video, and automation

What You’ll Do:

  • Service and troubleshoot:
    • Home AV systems & theaters
    • Lighting control
    • CCTV/surveillance & home security (ex. DSC)
    • In-home networking (router/switch installs, cleanup, etc.)
    • Home automation systems (Control4, Crestron, Lutron, etc.)
  • Manage service calls independently, on-site and remotely
  • Maintain accurate documentation and a well-stocked service vehicle
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to ensure smooth workflows
  • Assist with project installations as needed


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of field experience in residential low-voltage systems
  • Solid knowledge of AV, security, surveillance, and networking
  • Home automation experience required (Control4, Crestron, Lutron, etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused
  • Valid driver’s license and clean record
  • Able to lift 80 lbs, climb ladders, work in attics
  • Must pass background and drug screening
