What You’ll Do
  • Run the Wheatstone control boards and keep studio audio humming, live and remote
  • Edit like a pro: clean, trim, balance, sweeten and optimize every second
  • Format shows for SiriusXM, Westwood On, and podcast platforms with perfect ad timing
  • Manage and monitor studio recordings, live broadcasts and remote sessions
  • Collaborate with the video team to sync sound with visuals across platforms
  • Organize and maintain your audio kingdom: backups, libraries, firmware and more
  • Troubleshoot issues fast because dead air is never an option
Who You Are
  • You have real audio experience. This isn’t an entry‑level gig
  • You’ve worked in a broadcast or podcast studio and know your way around Adobe Audition or similar
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked live radio before. You know the pace, the pressure and how to thrive in it
  • You’re a master of detail and audio quality with a sharp ear and quick reflexes
  • You know signal flow, live board operation and how to make things sound great

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
