Job description

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Plan and support events ranging from 300+ person external events to small team meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet specific technology needs for events.
  • Perform daily checks of conference rooms and presentation spaces to ensure full functionality.
  • Operate a wide range of A/V production equipment (Yamaha Mixers, Tricaster, ETC Lightboards, Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Troubleshoot A/V and network-related issues affecting event setups and performance.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation, including runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
  • Train end-users and devise on-the-fly solutions for events.
  • Organize and maintain event production inventory and storage spaces.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in corporate live events, conference center operations, or hotel A/V support.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to devise creative solutions on the fly.
  • Flexible schedule to support occasional night or weekend events.
  • Proficiency with event production and conferencing technology (Yamaha, Tricaster, Blackmagic ATEM, Crestron, Zoom Rooms).
  • Experience with collaboration and ticketing software (gSuite, Asana, Zendesk).
  • Skilled in event coordination and project management with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and familiarity with presentation and media editing tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop).
