Stone Crest Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and driven Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Ashburn, Virginia. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Stone Crest, you will:

  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to establish individual treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Perform regular re-evaluations to assess progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment plans and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, evaluations, and discharges, adhering to all regulations and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care and improve continuity of care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and continued education, to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits
