Eagle Crest Communities: Onalaska, WI

Groundskeeper

This seasonal position is considered casual call and willwork 0-80 hours per two week pay period.

The schedule is primarily daytime, but will need to adjustin response to grounds and weather conditions.

Groundskeeper

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper to joinour Environmental Services team at Eagle Crest North. The EnvironmentalServices department supports all of our locations in La Crosse, Onalaska, andHolmen.

What You'll Do

  • Work alongside the Lead Groundskeeper doingtasks and/or working solo as assigned
  • Assist with mowing and trimming of lawn areas,leaf pickup in the fall, and spring cleanup
  • Upkeep of shrubs, trees, and planting beds forour Independent and Assisted Living facilities

What You'll Need

  • Drivers require a valid driver license and musthave and maintain a safe driving record
  • Must be 18 or older to drive and run equipment (Age 16 and older may assist other grounds crew)

Our Wages

  • Our starting rate is between $18.50 and $21.50per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
  • Previous experience is preferred, but notrequired. We will train the right fit for our team!
