Food Service - Cook
Opportunities Available:
  • Full-Time: 64 hours per 2 week pay period
  • Part-Time: 32 hours per 2 week pay period
  • Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 or more shifts a month; 2 on the weekend

Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
Shifts: 5:30AM - 2:00PM or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Food Service - Cook
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a talented Cook to join our top-notch culinary team at our Eagle Crest North facility. Our kitchen provides meals for 18 memory care residents, 42 assisted living residents, 70+ independent living plus residents at Eagle Crest North. We also prepare and transport meals to our Holmen community.
What You'll Do
  • Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by creating attractive and nutritious meals while maintaining accurate meal documentation records
  • Prepare meals relative to the nutritional needs of the residents, dietician recommendations, and Individual Service Plans (ISP) when necessary

What You'll Need
  • Cook experience is beneficial and preferred, but not required. We will train the right fit for our team!
  • Must be willing and eager to cook from scratch, have a positive attitude, and be customer service focused
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record; positions will occasionally require transporting meals to other communities
  • Willing to train those with informal cooking experience who show positive character and work ethic

Our Wages
  • Starting wage is between $18.50 and $24.00 per hour, based on your position, experience and qualifications. (Prep Cook, Production Cook, Line Cook, etc.)
  • Assistant Cook/Trainee: $16.50 +
  • We pay for high performance - we will review your wage at 100 days!
