Job description

  • Assess advertiser and agency creditworthiness using financial information, payment history, credit agency data, and internal risk tools
  • Set, maintain, and adjust credit limits and payment terms within defined approval matrices
  • Review and decision credit holds on insertion orders / PinOrders
  • Partner with Collections to resolve past-due balances
  • Help prepare quarterly AR reserve analyses and support SOX-relevant controls
  • Manage a queue of cases in Salesforce and other internal tools
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Accounting to explain credit decisions
  • Identify and help drive process and tooling improvements
  • Leverage data analysis to uncover strategic insights
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B risk, credit, corporate lending, banking, or order-to-cash / AR roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of credit analysis (financial statements, capital markets, payment behavior, qualitative risk factors)
  • Experience with ERP and CRM or case-management tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with order-to-cash processes (order booking, billing, collections, cash application, AR reserves)
  • Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requests at once, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet turnaround times
  • SQL experience preferred; ability to query, analyze, and interpret data via tools like Hive and Snowflake
