What You Will Be Doing:

As the Credit Analyst, you will conduct credit investigations and analyze credit information pertaining to loans under direction supervision.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming credit applications and work with customers to ensure completeness of credit applications.
  • Conduct in-depth credit risk assessments for prospective customers. Using financial statements, credit bureau reports, trade references and more.
  • Conduct annual credit reviews on existing customer base to ensure minimal deterioration of existing credit portfolio.
  • Conduct ad-hoc credit reviews on existing customer base to ensure proper flow of orders.
  • Monitor parts and service queue and release orders based off of credit availability and risk to company.
  • Approve and set credit limits, up to authorized amounts. Prepare file and forward recommendation to management for any account over the assigned authorization level.
  • Initial set up and ongoing maintenance of accounts in DBS/D365.
  • Collaborate with collection to ensure high risk accounts are being actively contacted.
  • May maintain a limited number of accounts in a collections portfolio.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in required safety programs, and working in a safe manner
  • Miscellaneous duties and reports as assigned by manager
Who We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this position you should have prior account management experience or training. Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills are also required.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
