ITTConnect is seeking a Credit Policy Specialist for a direct-hire full time position with a client that is a large financial institution
Job location: Miami, FL-Position is hybrid
The successful candidate will ensure that credit policies are strategically aligned with business objectives, remain compliant with regulatory requirements, and are responsive to evolving market dynamics
This role requires expertise in credit risk and policy across diverse market environments, as well as a proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion
Requirements
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in banking / credit / financial services
  • 2+ years in policy development / risk management / governance / compliance within a bank or credit union established in the US
  • Strong project management skills to support the development, refinement, and management of credit policies and standard procedures
  • Experience in drafting, editing, and finalizing complex legal and regulatory policies that are both legally sound and highly accessible (readable) for a general employee audience
  • Knowledge of business and regulatory environment
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and client needs in the lending space
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
