Job Description & Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Credit Card Processing Specialist to join our expanding team. This role goes far beyond standard sales. You’ll have the opportunity to help build and shape the department, contribute ideas, and support its long-term growth. Requires ongoing teamwork with PMF offices and global partners to ensure aligned strategies and strong service delivery.

What we expect of you, day-to-day:

Own all aspects of credit card processing operations, ensuring seamless and secure transactions for our clients.

Act as a subject matter expert, staying current with payment industry trends, gateways, merchant accounts, and regulatory changes.

Help develop systems, processes, and standards that support sustainable growth for the department.

Work closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities and deliver customized, competitive payment solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, optimize systems, and support client success.

Identify and prospect new business opportunities through hot leads, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.

Deliver tailored sales proposals that address client needs and drive meaningful business relationships.

Contribute to scaling the department and developing long-term strategy and market positioning.
