As a Product Manager in the Card Acquisition Product team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the customer journey by producing and publishing content across various acquisition channels. You will bring expertise in content management, customer and offer data, and targeting to deliver best-in-class experiences that support our product vision. We value collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities

  • Create, structure, and publish user-friendly content across card acquisition experiences to drive optimal customer engagement
  • Manage content workflows and calendar, ensuring timely publication and consistent messaging across channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and user experience design teams to build engaging, accessible content for digital acquisition channels
  • Support the integration of accessibility guidelines into content structures to accommodate a diverse user base
  • Contribute to product discovery, requirements, experimentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other content management platforms, including proficiency in JSON, HTML, and CSS
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to content architecture modernization using knowledge of content platform systems
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including design and data analytics
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners while managing multiple workstreams in parallel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to produce clear, concise documentation

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience working within a large, matrixed organization
  • Deep knowledge of the credit card industry and digital acquisition marketing
