Mission

I am looking for an Assistant Controller for a food company in Laval.
Your responsibilities will include :
-Managing the full accounts receivable cycle and following up with customers on collections.
-Processing accounts payable and entering invoices.
-Performing bank reconciliations, making deposits, and tracking corporate credit cards.
-Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements and government reports.
-Conducting various accounting analyses and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
-Tracking and reconciling inventory with the accounting system.
-Create and maintain customer, vendor, and product records in the system.
-Participate in inventory counts and internal controls.
-Collaborate on improving accounting processes and implementing new systems.
-Supervise the accounting team
-Perform any other related tasks
