Job description

Mental Health Therapist participates in Intake Evaluation, Individual, Family, Collateral, and Group Therapy sessions
  • Attends Case Conferences and Supervision sessions
  • Documents sessions using the Electronic Health Record, Credible
  • Maintains and updates client demographic information in client chart
  • Evaluates client's progress regularly
  • Creates/updates Treatment Plans in collaboration with client & client's family
  • Maintains and keeps current all required consent forms.

Amount of Travel/Special conditions: Frequent travel in the community to conduct client outreach. Transportation of clients in company vehicle as required.
  • Master's Degree in Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology or in a related field required.
  • Must enjoy working with children and adolescents and designated families
  • Must demonstrate a genuine fondness and respect for children, adolescents, adults and families
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with other team members.
