Title: Phlebotomist I

Contract Duration: 3+ months.

Hrs/Wk: 40.00hrs

Location: 13914 Southeastern Pkwy, Fishers IN 46037

Pay Rate: $20/ Hr to $25.00/ Hr on W2.


Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.


Work Experience:

Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.

Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.


Additional Job Details: Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

Must have a minimum of 1 yr experience and be willing to cover multiple offices.
