Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97 bed, licensed, acute psychiatric hospital located in beautiful Hopkinsville, KY. Cumberland Hall features individual units for youth, adults and active-duty military, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 1500 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Cumberland Hall Hospital.

Job duties to include:
  • Assists the CEO daily including administrative support, organization, scheduling, and other operational functions that include clerical, problem solving, record keeping, professional communication, project support and other workflow operations of the hospital administration process.
  • Coordinate all functions of credentialing of employed and contract psychiatric and medical providers.
  • Oversee the clerical function of all contracts for the hospital. Requires heavy to moderate communication with members of corporate support professionals and the order of operations for the contract management process.

Qualifications
Executive Assistant & Credentialing Coordinator Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor Degree highly preferred. At minimum, an Associate Degree or verifiable and applicable experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
  • Experience: Documented work history that demonstrates experience and aptitude to successfully and consistently fulfill the purpose and general responsibilities of this role. This includes solid skills of engagement, professional execution of organization and logistics, effective time management, sound technology utilization, and detailed multi-tasking.
  • Professional Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the holder of this position must be highly organized, able to manage both large and small scale projects simultaneously, adhere to and appreicate timeliness and deadline management, maintain confidentiality of private written and verbal information, and effectively use common technology.
  • Licenses/Certificates: None required.
