The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and experienced in managing complex photo, video, and content productions. You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at coordinating multiple stakeholders, and possess a strong understanding of modern content ecosystems, visual storytelling, and production workflows.

  • Contribute creative ideas, cultural insights, and platform-specific best practices during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
  • Collaborate with Social, Ecommerce, Product Marketing, Growth, and Creative teams to ensure creative assets support broader business objectives.
  • Help maintain consistency with Aventon's brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling standards across all deliverables.
  • Assist in developing content concepts optimized for paid media, social platforms, ecommerce, retail, and brand storytelling.
Production Leadership & Execution:
  • Lead productions from concept approval through final delivery, overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, timelines, shot lists, call sheets, and project documentation.
  • Produce photo and video shoots including campaign content, product launches, lifestyle campaigns, social content, retail assets, athlete storytelling, and branded content.
  • Manage all aspects of shoot logistics including vendor sourcing, crew hiring, casting, permitting, travel coordination, equipment rentals, insurance, releases, and legal approvals.
  • Coordinate external production partners including agencies, production companies, editors, photographers, DPs, creators, motion designers, and freelance talent.
  • Identify production solutions that maximize creative quality while maintaining budget and timeline expectations.
Editorial & Post-Production Management:
  • Manage post-production workflows from ingest through final delivery across all channels.
  • Partner with editors, motion designers, and creative leadership to shape story execution, pacing, selects, music direction, and final asset delivery.
  • Coordinate review cycles, stakeholder feedback, version control, and approvals.
  • Ensure technical quality, brand consistency, and platform-specific requirements are met across all deliverables.
  • Oversee asset versioning, formatting, organization, and distribution across multiple channels and aspect ratios.
Creative Operations & Process Improvement:
  • Own production budgets including forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Guide teams through production milestones, approvals, and delivery timelines while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints and recommend solutions.
  • Help develop and improve internal production workflows, creative operations systems, asset management processes, and project tracking tools.
  • Build and maintain a network of trusted production partners, freelancers, creators, and vendors that support Aventon's growing creative needs.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in creative production, branded content, integrated marketing, advertising, content creation, or related creative operations roles.
  • Proven experience managing photo, video, social, digital, and campaign productions from concept through final delivery.
  • Experience contributing to creative development, campaign ideation, script writing, creative treatments, storyboarding, or content concepting.

  • Experience writing short-form scripts, video outlines, creative briefs, production treatments, presentations, or campaign narratives.
  • Strong understanding of pre-production, production, post-production, editorial, and content distribution workflows.

  • Familiarity with content ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, ecommerce, streaming platforms, and emerging channels.

  • Experience working with cross-functional creative, marketing, ecommerce, product marketing, social, and growth teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, project management tools, and production workflow platforms.
