What You’ll Do

The Account Supervisor will play a critical role in leading and inspiring the local account team, overseeing key client relationships, and partnering with the Client Services Director to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. This position is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about digital and social media, with a knack for building strong client relationships and a drive to push creative and technological boundaries, including the effective use of AI to deliver smarter, faster, and more creative outcomes. You'll be a key part of the Client Services team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive client retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Your Day to Day

  • Lead & Mentor the Team: Guide, mentor, and motivate the account team, fostering collaboration, curiosity, and professional growth while championing the thoughtful and ethical use of AI tools to increase efficiency and inspire creative thinking.
  • Own Client Relationships: Act as the primary strategic contact for major client accounts, building strong, trusted relationships by understanding client goals, anticipating their needs, and proactively presenting new ideas, including AI-powered insights.
  • Drive Strategy & Growth: Develop long-term digital and social strategies, translate client challenges into innovative, data-driven solutions, and spot opportunities to expand accounts and strengthen partnerships.
  • Ensure Excellence in Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated digital and social campaigns, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Manage Budgets & Resources: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and profitability across accounts, ensuring teams are adequately resourced and leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows where appropriate.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in account management within a social media, digital, or advertising agency, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Leadership: Proven success in managing large accounts and cross-functional teams with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
  • Client Management: Exceptional client service skills with a history of building trust and driving results.
  • Digital, Social & AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of all major platforms, analytics, and emerging technologies—including familiarity with generative AI tools for creative, strategic, and operational use.
