Job Summary:

The Creative Services Specialist is responsible for creating and producing engaging multimedia content for short- and long-form formats. This role is primarily focused on hands-on production and post-production support, including creating motion graphics, capturing footage, editing videos, organizing media assets, and preparing content for multiple platforms. The position plays an important role in both storytelling and keeping the content pipeline moving by delivering high-quality assets on schedule while supporting the team’s evolving creative needs. The role is best suited for an individual who can spot engaging trends and apply them effectively to a corporate environment. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in video and motion graphics production required. 
  • Minimum of 3 years shooting and editing video content, particularly for social media platform required. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite required. 
  • Working knowledge of camera equipment, lighting fundamentals, and audio recording required. 
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive willingness to learn and improve is required. 
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight turnaround times required. 
  • Team-oriented attitude with a collaborative, adaptable, and coachable mindset required.  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously required.  
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear messaging and align media outreach with business objectives required.  
  • Experience creating compelling content and storytelling across multiple platforms and audiences required. 
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently manage initiatives from concept through execution required. 

Preferred Qualifications (What Makes You Stand Out):

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, film and video production, or similar is preferred. 
  • Experience and a license to fly a drone is preferred.

  • Captivate target audiences with storytelling through multimedia platforms and content. 
  • Create short-form video clips optimized for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Build motion graphics optimized for targeted audiences and platforms.
  • Provide quick turn edits to support timely social media publishing. 
  • Assist with filming events, announcements, news features, and marketing content. 
  • Edit video content for both vertical and horizontal formats. 
  • Prepare raw footage for editing, including syncing audio, organizing timelines, and assisting with post-production workflows. 
  • Capture b-roll and supporting footage as needed to enhance content. 
  • Execute production tasks based on schedules and project plans established by the marketing team.
  • Provide updates on project status and communicate potential challenges early. 
  • Maintain organized media libraries, manage file storage, and ensure consistent project structure.
