Job Description

We're in search of a Senior RCDD Designer, someone who can blend expertise and creativity to elevate our projects. In this role, you'll navigate complex designs using CAD/BIM software, spearhead the design for data centers and building systems, and oversee smaller projects to ensure our hallmark of excellence and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Master CAD/BIM software to create detailed engineering designs, focusing on efficient data center/building cable routing, equipment layouts, and communication systems.
  • Serve as the design authority on projects, driving high-quality outcomes and pioneering solutions.
  • Lead smaller projects with meticulous attention to detail, overseeing each phase from inception to completion.
  • Represent Olsson's dedication to excellence and partnership in client meetings.
  • Be ready to visit job sites as required, adapting to diverse conditions to guarantee project success.
Qualifications

  • RCDD Licensure.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and layout complex engineering drawings, with a preference for experience in BIM 360, Navisworks, and Revit.

The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.

$120,000—$180,000 USD
