Description

American Lumper Services is a nationwide labor management company. We specialize in warehouse environments and efficiency optimization. We are looking for an account manager to support our growing hourly operation team.


Duties would include but are not limited to - client relations, recruiting, payroll, HR, customer service, coaching, mentoring and overall team support. 


Hours are based on business need and rarely exceed 40 hours per week.

On-site Noon to 8pm 3 days per week 

Weekends and evening availability is required. (Remotely)


There is a lot of freedom with this role - the schedule is based on business need rather than a time clock.


Our team is growing and we need someone who can adjust to change, can take initiative to get problems solved and produce results. Someone self-driven, self-motivated, and self-directed - who is able to follow direction and company policies.


A positive, teachable, attitude is very necessary.

Attention to detail is a must.


Manage multiple needs simultaneously, prioritize and time manage effectively


Clear and frequent communication is critical


Salary starting at $49K - doe


Benefits:

  • Health Insurance- after 90 days
  • PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but can not be used until day 90)
