Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers both in person and through phone/email communication, helping guide projects from initial inquiry through production and delivery.
While this role includes front-counter customer service responsibilities, it is also highly collaborative and project-focused. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, solving problems, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and keeping projects organized and moving forward.
You’ll work with a wide variety of products, including business printing, signage, marketing materials, event graphics, direct mail, and more.
Full-time position. Standard weekday business hours. No nights or weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and project updates
• Accurately enter and process orders using our order management systems
• Help customers determine the best products and solutions for their needs
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
• Review files, job specifications, and project details for accuracy
• Communicate proactively with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in resolving customer questions or concerns with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Maintain knowledge of our products, services, capabilities, and pricing
• Support a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Print, signage, marketing, or related industry experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing as part of a team
• Comfortable learning new software and technology systems
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
