We are hiring a Creative Project Manager for a client in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, 9-to-12-month contract role with a hybrid work schedule, working four days on-site and one day remote (no exceptions). Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area.

You oversee project management for print, POP, signage, and photography, while building relationships with your creative designer and copywriter teammates.
Responsibilities
  • Independently manage the entire project life cycle from concept to production and final delivery for both major and minor initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage documentation, resources, scheduling, and project scope.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet marketing goals and project scope.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a critical thinking, strategic, problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Provide status updates on project milestones, deliverables, timelines, resources, risks, and issues.
  • Establish and continuously manage project and program expectations with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with creative, marketing partners, and external vendors.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Preferred, but not mandatory.
  • 4-5+ years of project management experience on an in-house creative team or creative agency account/project management role.
  • Knowledge of cross-functional creative processes and marketing practices.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, proficient in MAC, and skilled in using MS Office applications.
  • Experience in managing print, POP, signage, and photography projects.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, capable of setting priorities effectively for yourself and your projects.
  • Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
