As aCreative Directoron theCreativeteam, a typical day for you will include:

  • Developcampaign concepts, creative platforms, and big ideasacross multiple brands
  • Translate marketing goals into compelling creative for print, digital, and video formats
  • Develop creative vision for all brands and execute creative work,includingart direction and copywriting
  • Provide direction, feedback, and oversight to designers and Jr. Creative Director
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Act as lead creative point of contact for any agency productions
  • Partner with marketing and brand teams to shape messaging and creative strategy
  • Present creative concepts and rationale to brand leadership and stakeholders
  • Use performance data and insights to refine creative approaches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams toset Creative vision for Neighborly brands

  • Experience:

    • 8-12+ years of experience in creative roles (agency or in-house)

    • Extensive experience in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite(including Photoshop,Indesign, Express)and AI tools for Creative development (ChatGPT, Runway, Copilot or similar)

    • Proven experience developing campaign concepts and creative platforms

    • Experience executing work across print, digital, and video

    • Strong portfoliodemonstratingboth concepting and execution capabilities

  • Skills:

    • Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to develop clear, compelling creative ideas

    • Ability to execute creative work across multiple formats with attention to detail

    • Strong communicationand presentation skills

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in a Marketing or equivalent

  • Schedule / in-office requirements:

    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
