Position Summary
Westinghouse Outdoor Power Equipment is seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Creative Specialist to join our in house creative team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a 100% onsite role reporting to the VP of Brand and Creative, with close collaboration with the Ecommerce Director, Product Development, and Sales leadership.

The eCommerce Creative Specialist is a hands-on, execution focused role responsible for creating high performing creative assets that support product sales on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms. This individual will design, write, and build content that clearly communicates product features, specifications, and customer value while adhering to Westinghouse brand standards.

This role is ideal for a creative professional with some experience who is eager to learn, grow, and work closely with leadership to execute a defined creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design ecommerce focused creative assets including Amazon listing images, enhanced brand content, A+ content, digital ads, and retailer specific assets
  • Use Figma as the primary design tool for creating and maintaining ecommerce creative systems and templates
  • Translate product specifications, features, and benefits into clear, compelling visual and written content
  • Conduct competitive research to evaluate category trends, creative approaches, and positioning opportunities
  • Develop differentiated creative that highlights customer benefits and supports conversion
  • Create and maintain visual assets for the corporate Shopify website as needed
  • Write and refine product focused copy to support ecommerce imagery and content
  • Leverage AI tools to support ideation, copy development, efficiency, and creative exploration
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Brand, Ecommerce, Product Development, Sales, and external partners
  • Support product launches with ecommerce ready creative assets and supporting materials
  • Assist with presentation and internal sales materials when needed
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables
  • Follow established creative direction and processes while contributing ideas and solutions
  • Stay current on ecommerce best practices, Amazon content standards, and digital design trends

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Figma & Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or ecommerce focused creative roles
  • Strong proficiency in Figma with experience designing for ecommerce or digital platforms
  • Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and conversion driven design
  • Ability to interpret product specifications and translate them into customer-friendly messaging
  • Comfortable writing and editing product focused copy
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to execute independently while taking direction
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative work and design fundamentals required

  • Experience creating Amazon listing images, A+ content, or enhanced brand content
