We are seeking a performance-driven Field Operations Manager to lead and support a team of Field and Virtual Service Representatives aligned to this Fibromyalgia program. This role blends operational leadership with hands-on field engagement to ensure consistent execution of commercial strategies across territories.

What will you be doing?

  • Recruit, hire, lead, coach, and support a geographically dispersed team of Field and Virtual Service Representatives.
  • Conduct regular field rides and ride-alongs to observe customer engagements, reinforce strategic messaging, provide real-time coaching, and ensure consistent execution of program objectives.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between field teams, internal stakeholders, and client leadership.
  • Monitor program performance metrics and partner with senior leadership to ensure goals and timelines are achieved.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management to ensure team readiness and compliance.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives designed to strengthen field effectiveness.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (time reporting, system updates, summaries).
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and all compliance standards.

What do you need for this position?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar field-based Operations Manager or Sales Leadership role
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related sales management preferred
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead field-based teams
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel regularly for in-field coaching and ride-alongs (anticipated average 20-30%, varies by district)
  • Overnight travel required
  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment when managing escalated issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
