The Professional, Design Frameworks & Creative Initiatives supports the development of frameworks, toolkits, templates, and team resources that help bring clarity and consistency to creative work across Under Armour. This role works closely with Design Lab, Innovation, Materials, Consumer Merchandising, and Product Creation partners to help organize projects, track deliverables, prepare materials, and support cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. They enjoy supporting projects, creating resources that help teams work more effectively, and helping bring structure to evolving workstreams. This is a good opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to design, product creation, and creative operations while building strong project coordination and collaboration skills.

Your Impact
  • Project Coordination & Design Framework Support
    • Assist with project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and communications for Design Lab initiatives, including Greenhouse-related work.
    • Track progress, organize updates, and help keep project materials and action items moving forward.
    • Gather information, prepare recap materials, and support discussions related to design frameworks, toolkits, and team ways of working.
  • Toolkit & Resource Development
    • Support the planning and development of creative toolkits and resources that help connect performance territories, brand DNA, and design red threads.
    • Create and maintain templates, decks, trackers, and other team resources that support consistency and ease of use.
    • Organize and update project documentation, presentation materials, and shared resources.
    • Help identify simple ways to improve process clarity, resource organization, and team efficiency.
  • Support the planning and coordination of workshops, working sessions, and team meetings.
  • Capture discussion points, decisions, action items, and next steps to help teams stay aligned.
  • Help bring clarity and structure to seasonal focus areas, key stories, and innovation priorities for cross-functional teams.
  • Build positive working relationships with partners across Design and related functions.
Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of experience in design, creative operations, project coordination, product creation, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort preparing meeting notes, updates, and presentation materials.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities with guidance from leaders and project partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or presentation development is a plus.
  • Experience working within a creative, design, product, or brand environment.
  • Experience creating templates, resources, toolkits, or process documentation.
  • Interest in innovation, consumer trends, design, and creative problem solving.
Workplace Location
  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation

$60,000.00-$80,000.00USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
