You will unmatched ownership over various video projects at various stages, making real-time decisions to protect the creative vision from the kick-off with title and thumbnail through the final edit. You work with the creatives in pre-production to make the best outline of the video possible through concepts, testing, and formats. On set, you will make vital creative decisions that shape the video. This involves real-time writing, problem-solving, and collaborating with production, talent, and contestants, all while keeping the viewer's experience in mind.
