You'll guide clients through complex immigration matters (EB-1s, H-1Bs, O-1s, TNs, and beyond), help design better legal workflows, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to build tools that transform the immigration experience.Here's what you can expect to spend your time on:Providing expert legal guidance on a wide range of employment-based immigration cases (EB-1A/B, EB-2 NIW, O-1A/B, H-1B, L-1, PERM, TN, E-2, etc.)Serving as attorney of record and drafting petitions that are persuasive, well-reasoned, and client-centeredHelping clients navigate uncertainty with clear communication, strategic advice, and deep legal knowledgeCollaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to improve our LegalTech platform and internal toolsContributing to systems-building across templates, legal processes, and training resourcesSupporting new client consultations, helping assess eligibility and recommend pathwaysYou Should Apply IfYou have 3–5 years of experience practicing employment-based immigration lawYou're licensed to practice law and hold a J.D. or LL.M.
