Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting StoredTech's marketing strategy through content creation, events, communications, and brand management. This role partners closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales team, and Leadership to promote the company's services, strengthen market presence, and deliver consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
  • Content & Creative Development: Create marketing content and materials across digital, print, video, and web channels including blogs, case studies, social media content, email campaigns, presentations, and sales collateral. Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
  • Social Media, Email Marketing & Website Management: Manage social media platforms, content calendar, email marketing, website content, and other digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and online visibility through SEO/AEO best practices.
  • Event, Webinar & Campaign Coordination: Assist with planning and coordination of events, webinars. Proactively identify opportunities and support attendee engagement both internally and externally.
  • Organizational Enablement: Partner with teams to provide support, presentations, and customer-facing materials that drive business growth.
  • Brand Management & Communications: Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and communication standards across all marketing and internal communication efforts.
  • Market Research & Performance Reporting: Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights while monitoring campaign performance and creating user-friendly reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, communications, website management, content creation, or a related role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO, AEO, website analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze competitor strategies, industry trends, and analytics to identify opportunities.
  • Proficiency managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, website management, and digital content creation tools.
