Carmichael Lynch is hiring a senior art director to work on our Xfinity account at a full-time capacity. Our senior creatives are the engine of our shop; they consistently deliver, setting the standard for both the work and the way we work with one another.
Our next senior art director is a seasoned creative who can work effortlessly in teams and individually. They will have excellent concepting, craft, and executional skills, ample production/offsite shoot experience, and have strong points of view grounded in client realities. They are able to naturally mentor junior creatives.
Because our next senior art director will be dedicated to our Xfinity account (social AOR), we are seeking a culture-obsessed entertainment fanatic who can spearhead concepting and execution of social media creative content across online video, static, experiential, and partner/influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated eye for design, sharp conceptual skills, and deep pop-culture knowledge to create scroll-stopping content across social platforms. At the senior level, we expect our creatives to produce some of the best work of their careers.

Consistently delivers boundary-pushing conceptual work across broadcast, social, OOH, digital, and experiential.
Produces art direction and design work that requires little to no feedback.
Contributes to integrated campaigns, consistently generating ideas that advance to client presentation and production.

Key Responsibilities
Concept Development:Leads ideation independently and in collaboration with social strategists, copywriters, designers, and production to create a high volume of relevant on-brand content across platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.).
Creative Content Execution:Develops and executes breakthrough social-first creative campaigns that seamlessly tie entertainment, culture, and social media trends. Designs and produces high-quality static and video content independently and on teams.
Executional Excellence:Ensures the highest level in all creative assets, from visual design through final production, with close attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
Innovation & Trends:Stays current on social/entertainment trends, sports, industry, and design trends and technologies, translating these insights into relevant brand moments.
Brand Stewardship:Maintains and evolves the brand's visual identity, ensuring all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, the social playbook, and voice while pushing creative boundaries.
Team Leadership:Mentors junior creatives, providing feedback, direction, and support to cultivate an environment of growth and creativity.
Client Engagement:Presents work directly to clients and maintains professional client communication to understand their needs and translate feedback effectively.
Qualifications
6-8 years of agency or related experience, with a significant social media portfolio.
Deep knowledge of entertainment, sports, pop culture, and social media trends.
Advanced design skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Strong understanding of social video and static best practices.
Exceptional typography, composition, and visual storytelling abilities.
Experience working on major entertainment or streaming brands preferred.
Experience supporting sports-related clients preferred.
Self-starter with a proven ability to source assets and solve creative challenges independently.
Understanding of platform-specific social media requirements and best practices.
Ability to manage creative projects from concept through completion while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to budget, relevant experience, qualifications, and tenure in similar roles. Consideration may also be given to internal salary data for current or former employees in the same or similar positions.
Salary Range: $90,000 - 110,000 annually

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
