  • Ensure all creative work maintains a consistent, high-quality brand experience while supporting business objectives.

  • Lead the evolution and preservation of brand standards during the transition from agency-driven to internally managed creative operations.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, video producers, motion specialists, and other creative disciplines.

  • Manage approximately 9 direct reports initially, with expected team growth over the next year.

  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Elevate creative capabilities through coaching, feedback, and professional development.

Creative Operations & Scale

  • Build and implement scalable creative systems, governance models, templates, workflows, and quality assurance processes.

  • Develop efficient review cycles, feedback loops, and approval structures that increase quality while accelerating speed to market.

  • Create frameworks that support the production of more than 70 content types across multiple channels and audiences.

  • Drive operational excellence through process simplification, standardization, and automation.

AI, Technology & Innovation

  • Evaluate and implement modern creative technologies, including AI-powered content creation and workflow tools.

  • Drive efficiencies through innovative use of video platforms, creative software, automation, and generative AI solutions.

  • Establish best practices for integrating AI into creative development while maintaining brand integrity and creative excellence.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative output, speed, and scalability through technology.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Marketing Leadership, Product Marketing, Alliances, Regional Marketing, Segment Marketing, and other stakeholders.

  • Translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies and customer-centric experiences.

  • Ensure creative initiatives support measurable business outcomes, audience engagement, and customer journey objectives.

  • Collaborate with agency and freelance partners as needed while transitioning more work internally.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing creative professionals at scale.

  • Demonstrated success establishing creative vision, quality standards, governance frameworks, and scalable creative operations.

  • Deep experience overseeing end-to-end creative development from strategy and concept through execution and delivery.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing leadership of integrated campaigns, brand development, content ecosystems, and customer experiences.

  • Experience building creative templates, systems, toolkits, and workflow processes that improve efficiency and consistency.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, visual storytelling, video, design, and emerging creative technologies.

  • Experience managing large volumes of creative output across multiple formats and channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading the transformation of creative functions from agency-supported models to internal teams.
