Job description

Are you a master storyteller, a creative genius, and a strategic thinker? We are seeking a contract Creative Director with a proven track record of leading creative concept development and delivering persuasive client pitches for global brands. You will be guiding the conceptualization, development, and execution of groundbreaking campaigns that align with our client's objectives, elevate their brands, and resonate with audiences worldwide.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate and develop national broadcast and omnichannel campaign creative concepts 
  • Collaborate with creative teams in pitch presentations for new clients and/or campaigns.
  • Transform client partner objectives into creative executions that deliver measurable results
  • Integrate AI technologies into creative development and execution
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Consult with agency teams to help estimate budgets and determine scopes of work

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in creative direction within advertising or branding agencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications Design or related field
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and present ideas persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of work across various mediums and platforms, with a focus on creative concept development and campaign execution.
  • Experience working directly with AI tools and platforms
  • Experience successfully leading creative pitch teams
  • Strong writing and communication skills
