Job description

OneMagnify is an AI native, platform-enabled B2B digital agency operating at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity. We help complex organizations drive measurable business outcomes by building smarter customer experiences and delivering highly integrated solutions across digital, media, and technology. By combining deep industry expertise with advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, we enable our clients to make better decisions, move faster, and compete more effectively in dynamic markets.

Role Summary

The Associate Creative Director, Copy is a senior creative lead responsible for shaping the voice and narrative quality of OneMagnify's work across B2B digital campaigns, content programs, and customer experience platforms. You'll partner closely with art directors, strategists, and account teams to develop ideas that are as smart as they are resonant - work that moves complex organizations and the people inside them. This role sits within our creative practice and has direct impact on the quality and consistency of output across a range of enterprise clients. You'll also play a hands-on mentorship role with junior writers, helping raise the craft bar across the team.

The Impact You'll Have

You'll work across the full content ecosystem: long-form thought leadership, campaign concepting, UX writing, email nurture, and sales enablement. That breadth means you'll need strong instincts about what each format demands - and when to push for a bigger idea versus when execution is the job. You'll bring strategic thinking to briefs, not just responses to them.

OneMagnify operates at the intersection of data, technology, and creative services, which means writers here collaborate directly with analytics, engineering, and media teams. The best work happens when copy is informed by how audiences actually behave - and this role gives you the access and context to write that way.

What You'll Do

Creative Concepting & Campaign Development

  • Lead copy concepting on integrated campaigns - from initial brief through final execution - across digital, content, and media channels.
  • Partner with art directors to develop ideas that work visually and verbally, not just headlines that sit on top of a design.
  • Translate complex B2B value propositions into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with senior decision-makers.

Content & Copy Execution

  • Write and edit across formats: long-form content, landing pages, display, email, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines for clients, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and channels.
  • Bring editorial judgment to AI-assisted workflows - knowing when to use generative tools to accelerate, and when craft requires a human-first approach.

Client & Strategy Collaboration

  • Participate in client briefings and presentations, articulating creative rationale clearly and confidently.
  • Work with strategy and analytics teams to ground creative concepts in audience insight and performance data.
  • Contribute to messaging architecture and content strategy as a senior creative voice in integrated planning sessions.

Team Leadership & Craft Development

  • Review, edit, and provide structured feedback on work from junior and mid-level copywriters.
  • Model strong craft standards and help build a culture of clear, purposeful writing across the creative team.
  • Collaborate with creative directors and account leadership on resourcing, quality review, and project prioritization.

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of copywriting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or ACD-level role at an agency or in-house creative team.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates range - B2B campaign work, digital content, UX copy, or content strategy - and consistently strong headline and concept thinking.
  • Experience writing for complex categories: technology, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, automotive or similar.
  • Proven ability to develop and protect a client's brand voice across formats and over time.
  • Strong presentation skills - you can walk a room through a concept and make the case for the work.
  • Experience mentoring writers and providing feedback that improves work without crushing voice.
  • Bachelor's degree in Copywriting, English, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working in or alongside AI-assisted content workflows - prompt engineering, editorial review of generated drafts, or integrating AI tools into creative process.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, CRM ecosystems, or digital experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, HubSpot).
  • Exposure to UX writing, product copy, or content design within digital platform builds.
  • Experience working in integrated agency environments where creative, data, and technology teams deliver together.
  • Interest in or experience with answer engine optimization (AEO) and how AI-era search is changing content strategy.
