Job Description

The Religion Department seeks applicants for a full-timetenure-track Assistant Professor of Religion in Christian Theology. Expertise in environmental theology or Christian ethics is desired. A completed Ph.D is preferred, but late-stage ABD will also beconsidered. The successful candidate will teach introductorycourses in Christian systematic theology and ethics and his or hersecondary field, as well as upper-level courses. An active researchprogram is expected and required for tenure. Successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to all aspectsof Hopeโ€™s mission as a liberal arts college.
