GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Client Relationship Management to lead strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and serve as the executive bridge between client objectives and operational excellence.
This high-impact leadership role is responsible for strengthening client relationships, driving retention, identifying growth opportunities, and translating complex revenue cycle performance data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship leader who understands healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) and excels at partnering with executives, operational teams, and clients to achieve measurable results.

Your Impact
  • Serve as the senior relationship leader for assigned healthcare client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic client meetings, including quarterly business reviews, performance discussions, and business planning sessions.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to ensure service delivery meets client expectations, contractual commitments, and performance goals.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for client concerns, coordinating solutions across internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and support account growth, renewals, and long-term retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Finance, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams to align client needs with business objectives.
  • Translate operational data into strategic insights that help clients make informed decisions.

Requirements
Your Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare services with demonstrated client-facing leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle continuum, including billing, coding, claims management, and accounts receivable operations.
  • Proven experience managing complex healthcare client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success supporting account growth, renewals, or service expansion initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within an RCM outsourcing, healthcare BPO, or consulting environment.
  • Experience leading client relationship or account management teams.
  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
  • EMR platform knowledge.
  • CRCR certification
